FDA.
We are members of the International Sprout Growers Association and the first sprout company worldwide to achieve the International Sprout Growers Association "Safe Grower
Seal" (http://www.isga-sprouts.org/). Addressing concerns for sprout safety, we have taken additional steps to insure that the products you purchase are of the highest quality.

Third party audit and certification from Carver Research

Verification of tests for salmonella and E-coli on each lot of seed purchased for the purpose of sprouting

An implemented and verified seed sanitation process recommended by the
FDA to remove pathogens on the seed prior to the growing process.

Sunrise Farms sprouts start with the highest quality seed. After undergoing a sterilization process prior to planting, each crop of green leaf sprouts is then tested for harmful bacteria.
These tests are performed by an independent laboratory as well as our in house laboratory. Only when all tests are verified are the sprouts released for distribution.
